Return and Refund Policy
At BrizoHome, every item is handcrafted to order by skilled artisans in Marrakesh, Morocco. Because each piece is made specifically for you, please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, crafting has already begun, and cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover materials and labor already committed.
Returns
You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. This does not apply to items with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage — see "Damages and Issues" below.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom or made-to-order items built to specific customer measurements or requests are non-returnable unless defective. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without justification — in accordance with EU consumer protection law. The item must be unused and in its original condition, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once your return is received and inspected, and confirm if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at ichermraneismail@gmail.com.
