At BrizoHome, every item is handcrafted to order by skilled artisans in Marrakesh, Morocco, and shipped directly to you from our workshop.

Shipping Carrier
We primarily ship via FedEx to ensure reliable, trackable delivery worldwide.

Delivery Time
Once your order is crafted and dispatched, orders typically arrive within 4 to 6 business days. Please note this timeframe begins after crafting is complete — handcrafted items may require additional production time before shipping, which will be communicated at the time of order.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Customs and Import Charges
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Shipping Delays
